It is the policy of Blue Ribbon Facilities Ltd to provide a first class, efficient, responsive and competitive cleaning service that will:

Enhance the image of our Customer’s premises

Help provide a clean, hygienic working environment for their personnel.

We shall achieve this by working with the customer to develop a written cleaning specification that describes their exact cleaning requirements.

We shall then satisfy these requirements by using trained, competent staff working under appropriate supervision with a Documented Quality System compliant with

BS EN ISO 9001:2000, which is subject to a continual review of improvement.

In order to help focus on continual improvement, specific quality objectives are identified and reviewed at our regular management review meeting.
